Ohio Governor Mike DeWine yesterday unveiled a slow-rolling plan to reopen the state's economy begining Friday. When businesses do open it will not be business as usual. Social distancing is still key, workers and customers will wear masks, and people must know that the virus has not gone away, the governor said. No word yet on when bars, restaurants, hair salons and barber shops will open. We will check in for insight from Columbus. First, the director of the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services answers questions about the unemployment system, deluged with claims.
