Reinventing Small Cities; Four Day Work Week; The Golden Age Of Railcar Dining

The City of Sandusky is on a roll driven, its leaders say, by redevelopment and investment in its historic architecture, support for entrepreneurs and a growing reputation as a tourism destination. The secret to Sandusky's success, which will be the focus of a City Club of Cleveland forum this week, is important for many small cities across the state seeking to reinvent themselves. Sandusky is one of 15 small cities in the state labeled "reinvention cities" by the Greater Ohio Policy Center. This hour, will discuss the keys to reinvention.  Later, the City of Newburgh Heights recently moved to a 32-hour work week. Proponents contend shorter hours actually increase productivity. We'll ask the mayor.
