Connecting workers to available jobs involves bridging the skills gap, but that's not all. To get and keep a job, an employee has to be able to get to the job. And especially for low income workers, that can be a real problem. If you don't have a car and can't travel quickly and conveniently on public transportation to a job far from where you live, you may not be able to work. That's bad for employees and employers. Solving the work transportation problem is the goal of the "Paradox Prize," which offers significant cash to fund big ideas.
