Home Purchase Loan Study; Statehouse Update; Cleveland Asian Festival

African-Americans in Northeast Ohio are denied home purchase loans twice as often as white applicants, according to a recent report from Cleveland State University's Levin College of Urban Affairs. Why is that? And what impact does it have on Cleveland neighborhoods? We'll discuss the disparity study with its author and with a policy economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.   We'll dig in to news from Columbus with our Statehouse News Bureau Chief Karen Kasler. One story she's tracking is Gov. Mike DeWine's push for Ohio to adopt a statewide policy for police chases.      Plus, we'll preview this weekend's Cleveland Asian Festival, celebrating its tenth anniversary.
