Medical Marijuana And Potential Legal Issues; DeWine Inauguration; Browns Introduce Kitchens

The first sale of medical marijuana in Ohio's long delayed program is expected to happen this week. Coming up, what does the medical marijuana era mean for patients? We'll discuss how the program will work for doctors, patients and the state, including how mairjuana can be prescribed and for whom. And how long before medical marijuana is fully implemented? We're also going to discuss the obligation of patients to use medical marijuana responsibly. Though it's legal, some employers still may have rules against any use, and using and driving can result in serious issues, too.  Later, a look at Governor Mike DeWine's inauguration and his first acts in office.      Finally, the Freddie Kitchens era begins for the Browns.
