Ohio aims to better protect vulnerable seniors with a law that takes affect later this month compelling even more professionals to spot and report abuse, neglect and exploitation of the elderly. The law expands the number of professions to include realtors and bank tellers, among others whose ranks will be trained to spot, and required to report, such abuse. We'll discuss the new reporting requirements and what happens when a complaint is made. Later, the Plain Dealer found that Cleveland is testing tap water for lead contamination, but not in the high-risk areas where lead poisoning in a huge problem.
