We hear a lot about thriving, trendy city neighborhoods or struggling neighborhoods that need lots of help. Often overlooked are so-called middle neighborhoods, like Cleveland's Old Brooklyn or Lee-Harvard. But almost half of city residents across the country live in these middle neighborhoods.
