President Obama rolled out his new Clean Power Plan this week, calling for power plants to reduce carbon emissions by 32 percent from 2005 levels between now and 2030. This on the heels of Ohio freezing its already aggressive greene energy program. Wednesday morning at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas, we'll look at the Clean Power Plan's impact on coal mining and air quality and we'll look at the political battle that looms in Washington as did in Columbus.
