Billions of tons of carbon are floating in the atmosphere and you might be surprised to discover where it came from. Farming practices, including the simple act of tilling the soil, allow carbon to escape. But there's hope, says former Cleveland author Kristen Ohlsen, in her book, "The Soil Will Save Us."
