The $425 million medical mart/convention center project was first publicly announced over three years ago. Where, exactly, to put it though has been a tough decision. Early Thursday evening, after several hours of closed door talks, Cuyahoga County Commissioners announced their decision: Cleveland's downtown mall, including the area now occupied by the current Convention Center.
