In this week’s show, we learn about a couple of inspiring young people - Greta Thunberg and Annie Oakley. You can rewatch to see how Greta is campaigning for action on climate change above.

We asked you to tell us about a young person who inspires you. Below are some of the great responses you sent in.

Addysen, Orrville Middle School in Orrville: "One of my greatest inspirations is one of my dearest friends, Ava (4th grade). She inspires me so much! No matter what steps in the way, she always finds a way to jump back up and be her cheery self. As well as that, she does an amazing job at caring for others when they don't feel well or if they are struggling with something. I'm so lucky to know her and be on a soccer team with her and even call her my friend. Thank you so much Ava!"

Lulu, Hull Prairie Intermediate School in Perrysburg: "A young person who inspires me is Zendaya, because she is such a great influence for woman of all ages and she proves that women can do anything. When I grow up I wish I could follow in her footsteps."

Kyle, Rushwood Elementary in Sagamore Hills: "A young person who inspires me is my big sister because she helps me with my homework. She also helps me pronounce words I do not know how to say. Sometimes she helps me on my Chromebook. She also protects me. And she stands up for me."

Keira, Applewood Elementary in Brunswick: "One young person that inspires me is my neighbor Harper. Her and her mom have a business where they sell bracelets for rhinos. It would be amazing if Harper can get on NewsDepth. Harper is also only in 1st grade. That is one of my best friends who inspires me."

Tony, Sherwood Elementary School in Cincinnati: "All of the young people fighting cancer because they never give up and they just keep fighting to beat cancer. Those kids are some of the strongest kids I have ever known."
