A decade has now passed since the foreclosure crisis; but in many of Cleveland's inner ring suburbs; efforts to remove blight and to shore up housing markets continue.
A new report from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy called "Communities at the crossroads" studied five of those municipalities. Euclid, South Euclid, Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, and Warrensville Heights.
It reveals that housing values there still haven't rebounded.
