A massive East Cleveland dump, acres filled with demolition debris in the middle of a residential neighborhood, is now gone. The legal effort to recoup massive cost to clean up the Arco Recycling site, and get money for residents who won a multi-million dollar judgment against Arco, continues. Ideastream's Nick Castele explores the history of the dump and how tax dollars actually helped subsidize it.
