The city of Cleveland has proposed restricting the sale of flavored tobacco products, on the heels of Columbus, which recently passed their proposal banning sales in their city.

Gov. Mike DeWine cited the dangers to kids and the costs of smoking for his veto of the bill, which would ban Ohio communities from putting in place their own bans on flavored tobacco.

A few controversial bills passed during the lame duck session haven't been signed or vetoed, and Gov. Mike DeWine has to decide soon what to do with them.
