StarkFresh's Mobile Grocery Market had to suspend its services last week after thieves stole catalytic converters from all of its vehicles. The mobile market delivers groceries and produce to underserved areas of Stark County.

Ohio House Bill 408 focuses on companies buying these stolen parts.
