Most people will, at some point, grieve over the loss of a loved one — and up to 10 percent of those may develop what’s known as complicated grief, or unresolved grief that can spiral into mental or physical health problems. In the continuing Be Well series “Derailed by Stress,” Lecia Bushak explores the impact of complicated grief on the health of a local poet, as well as the ways people can overcome the stress of grief through tailored therapy.
