With all of the health care options in Ohio; the state still claims one of the worst infant mortality rates in America, ranked 47th in 2010.
And in 2012, the state infant mortality rate was still 7.6 per 1,000 births.
Last week - the Ohio Hospital Association launched what it calls a statewide health initiative -"Safe Sleep is Good 4 Baby".
