When a person is diagnosed with schizophrenia lots of professionals are involved in the treatment process -- doctors, counselors, and case workers. But in many cases these various people don't communicate with each other as much as they should. A new program's is getting off the ground in northeast Ohio that brings all the people involved in treatment together. It's a partnership between Cuyahoga County, Northeast Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Jewish Family Service Association. ideastream's Eric Wellman has the story.
