According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 20% of Ohioans smoke. That's lower than any time since the survey began in the mid 1990's, and certainly the lowest anyone can remember. But health advocates fear that this recession could turn back the clock. Harlan Spector writes about this issue in today's Plain Dealer. He spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
