Recently, two new arts organizations, Terrence Spivey's Powerful Long Ladder Ensemble and Holy Trinity Cultural Arts Center embarked on a joint venture to strengthen the community through theater arts and education. ideastream visited rehearsals at their home base, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, at East 72 nd and Woodland Avenue in Cleveland, as they prepared for their first production, “The Amen Corner,” by playwright James Baldwin.
