The Ohio Secretary of State’s office says Democrats hoping to overturn a recently passed election law don’t have enough valid signatures to put the issue on the ballot. The Democratic Party has been collecting extra signatures for the past month. Spokesman Seth Bringman says about 150 thousand extra signatures have been collected during the past month so there's no reason to believe there won't be enough valid ones to get the issue on the ballot next fall.
