A special panel of Ohio legislators, trying to grapple with the projected 4 to 8 billion dollar hole in the next state budget, held its second meeting today. But the group did hear about what their counterparts in other states have been doing to fill their money shortfalls. From our Statehouse bureau, Bill Cohen reports.
