That impasse in the Ohio legislature over how to fill a projected 851 million dollar hole in the state budget is continuing, with no end in sight.
Some Republicans who dominate the Ohio Senate have agreed to go along with a plan pushed by Democrats to delay this year's 4.2% cut in the state income tax....but the Republicans are asking for something in return ---- changes in rules for state university building projects.
And the Democrats don't like that idea.
