Jean-Marie Papoi began her career in public media as an associate producer with South Carolina Educational Television (SCETV) in Beaufort, South Carolina. After traveling back to her hometown of Akron, she worked as a videographer and editor for Mosher Media, a production company serving the Cleveland/Akron area. An opportunity later emerged to join the Creative Services team at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she further developed skills in the corporate realm. She returned to public media in 2016 by becoming part of the Ideastream family.
