Helping Cleveland Renters; Juvenile Detention Center Reform; Reinventing Schools

Leaders say reforming the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center is a priority, but it's an issue with multiple layers.  We continue our community conversation with juvenile justice advocates.   After 40 years helping out the city's low and middle-income renters, the Cleveland Tenants Organization has ceased operations.  We'll discuss the efforts being made to step in to help renters and landlords in the CTO's absence.  And author David Osborne discusses why he believes our education system needs reinvented
