From the depths of the foreclosure crisis, Cleveland and Cuyahoga County have worked to bring neighborhoods and the housing market back. Now a new milestone---a new build home developed in part by the Cuyahoga Land Bank will be unveiled. We'll discuss the new property and where we stand a decade after the foreclosure crisis decimated the housing market. But the recovery is not uniform across the county. A new report from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy finds some inner-ring suburbs, despite all the best efforts, still see property values far below what they were before the housing crash.
