For more than twenty years, Cleveland Public Theatre has offered a rigorous arts education and job training program to low income urban teens. The "Student Theatre Enrichment Program" or "STEP", is an eight week intensive program that gives young people an opportunity to earn money, create art and develop job skills while working with professional artists.
