About 10 percent of Cleveland's population is counted as Hispanic, according to the most recent U.S. Census.Yet, when President Obama's administration wanted to promote enrollment among Hispanics in federal health insurance efforts earlier this year, they visited Cleveland.
Enrollment in the federal exchanges begins again next month on November 15. And ideastream's Sarah Jane Tribble sat down with Max Rodas, the director of the Nueva Luz Resource Center on Cleveland's near west side. The center has trained staff to help people in Medicaid as well as an exchange plan.
